灌裝機(jī)械主要分為: 液體灌裝機(jī)械、糊狀灌裝機(jī)械、食用油灌裝機(jī)械、濃醬灌裝機(jī)械。CE認(rèn)證只限于產(chǎn)品不危及人類、動(dòng)物和貨品的安全方面的基本安全要求，而不是一般質(zhì)量要求，協(xié)調(diào)指令只規(guī)定主要要求，一般指令要求是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的任務(wù)。因此準(zhǔn)確的含義是：CE標(biāo)志是安全合格標(biāo)志而非質(zhì)量合格標(biāo)志。是構(gòu)成歐洲指令核心的"主要要求"。EAC認(rèn)證取決于認(rèn)證的產(chǎn)品、選擇的認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)和產(chǎn)品的相關(guān)指令。不同的產(chǎn)品測(cè)試項(xiàng)目也截然不同，一般常見產(chǎn)品為電子電器類產(chǎn)品，常見測(cè)試項(xiàng)目分類EMC與LVD指令。而機(jī)械產(chǎn)品CE認(rèn)證費(fèi)用遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)高于普通產(chǎn)品，其涉及到審廠程序與評(píng)估。CE認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)在歐盟市場“CE”標(biāo)志屬強(qiáng)制性認(rèn)證標(biāo)志，不論是歐盟內(nèi)部企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品，還是其他國家生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品，要想在歐盟市場上自由流通，就必須加貼“CE”標(biāo)志，以表明產(chǎn)品符合歐盟《技術(shù)協(xié)調(diào)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化新方法》指令的基本要求。這是歐盟法律對(duì)產(chǎn)品提出的一種強(qiáng)制性要求。這些產(chǎn)品出口到歐盟國家并在歐盟市場銷售，必須申請(qǐng)歐盟強(qiáng)制性 ce 認(rèn)證。

新的機(jī)械指令:2006/42/EC

機(jī)械CE認(rèn)證是依據(jù)歐盟機(jī)械控制指令2006/42/EC的機(jī)械電子設(shè)備進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品信息安全管理認(rèn)證，只有我們按照我國機(jī)械指令一個(gè)完整準(zhǔn)備工作技術(shù)相關(guān)文件和加貼CE標(biāo)記才能更加順利發(fā)展進(jìn)入歐盟經(jīng)濟(jì)市場。歐洲議會(huì)和歐洲理事會(huì)已于2006年5月17日正式通過了新版機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)指導(dǎo)法令(2006/42/EC)，并與2009年12月29日開始通過強(qiáng)制企業(yè)實(shí)施。與舊機(jī)械指令98/37/EC相比，新指令在適用法律范圍、與其他指導(dǎo)法令的界線、市場環(huán)境監(jiān)督、安全性零組件、合格評(píng)定程序問題以及學(xué)生基本心理健康和安全生產(chǎn)要求等方而都有自己一些新要求和明顯的變化。
